He is the President of the Barbers Association of Armenia, which was founded on June 7, 2019. The main mission of the association is to unite professionals in the field, promote the development of professional education, introduce international standards and ensure the presence of Armenian barbering on international platforms. Karo Abachyan is also the founder of “Karo Abachyan Barbershop”, which was founded on October 20, 2016. The salon has positioned itself as a premium barbershop providing high-quality services, forming a new culture of quality and service in Armenia. Founded on November 1, 2017, “Karo Abachyan Academy” aims to train highly qualified specialists by providing theoretical and practical in-depth training in accordance with international standards. In addition, on May 25, 2025, a network of barber shops was founded, within the framework of which brand expansion and the introduction of unified quality standards in various branches are being carried out.
